Breadslicer Brought Back to Life
+ BACKGROUND STORY
In this video I show how I lovingly restore a very old bread slicer.
I bought the bread slicer on an online exchange. I thought he was too good to stay in that state.
What impressed me is the quality of the cast iron frame of the bread slicer. It is very high quality and quite heavy.
During the restoration I used sandblasting, which I always find very nice and relaxing.
Again, I learned a lot while making the video, which I will incorporate into my next projects.
I look forward to your comments and suggestions.
Best regards, Sascha
P.S.: Is there anything you would like to see restored? If so, please let me know.
Greetings,
Sascha.

About Sascha
My name is Sascha and my “thing” is saving and restoring old things. Some things may be old but too good to throw them simply away. I would like to inspire other people and show them how to polish up and save old things with a little effort.
