Old coffee grinder – restoration

I bought this old coffee grinder, probably around 80 years old, from an online flea market. I really liked the shape of the mill and decided to restore it.

When she arrived she was in very bad condition. It was completely stuck and the drawer couldn’t be opened. The entire surface was covered with a coating of food grease and coffee residue. The metal was no longer visible and it was covered with a thick, greasy layer.

A main part of the work was cleaning the coffee grinder, which took a lot of time.

In this video I show you step by step how I did it and what I implemented. I hope I can make you happy with this video and give you some inspiration for your own projects.

I am of course very happy about suggestions and comments, as well as if you subscribe to my channel.

Take care,
Sascha
